Will Jacken be able to prove to Emma that he is not like the guys in her past and is exactly who she needs in her life? You are going to have to read it to find out…
I personally had a difficult time getting into the book but yet there was something there that kept my interest peaked and made me continue to read a few more pages. I really think that it was the character of Jacken that had me refusing to give up on the story. He truly is a great character and an all around great guy. I found myself cheering for him and his happiness more than Emma’s. It wasn’t that I didn’t like Emma- I did- it was just that I preferred the characteristic traits of Jacken. I am happy that I read the book and do recommend it if you are looking for a quick second chance romance novel.
