When I read the blurb for Havoc by Alexis Noelle it immediately caught my interest and I knew I had to read this book. Havoc gives us the story of Rock and Chrissy. Chrissy is your no nonsense woman who knows what she wants when she wants it. She is not afraid to speak her mind or put her man in his place. Rock, a bad boy leather wearing MC stud, cannot get enough of Chrissy. Her attitude and bite doesn’t drive him away if anything it makes him want her more. What started out as a one night stand developed into a sort of friends with benefit relationship until Rock decides that he claiming this woman even if she doesn’t want it. As Rock and Chrissy work on their relationship both of their jobs takes them into dangerous situations that potentially could hurt one of them. Will Rock and Chrissy be able to get their relationship on track while staying safe or will the outside threats of their jobs cause their relationships and lives to potentially end?
As I read the first few pages of this book I had such high hopes for this story and was excited to see what the author had in store for us. As the story continued to develop and unroll I found that parts of it felt very rushed. I found myself wanting the story to like pump the breaks a bit so I could learn more about what excited was going on. It just felt that there were parts missing that would have tied and held the story together tighter. Other than that the characters and story line was great! This book is fast paced and does not let up so buckle and get ready to get lost in Havoc.
She has always been passionate about writing. She loves to read romance books and feels like being able to lose yourself in a book is one of the more exciting aspects. The books she loves to read and write will be ones that make you feel for the characters. Ashley believes that you should have an opinion on every character in a book whether you love them, hate them, or think they are up to something. She also believes that the most important critic is your reader, so she loves to hear from the readers. She want her fans to be open & talk to her about what they want for the characters in the story, and what they would like to see happen.
