This tight end is at the top of his game.
He’s good with his hands, even better with his sexy mouth, and the best at making me forget my own name. His, ahem, stats are perfect.
But I can’t fall for him.
He might be everything I want, all rolled into a glorious package of gridiron god, but there’s one teeny-tiny problem. The vile, loathsome team I’ve spent my entire life hating—my beloved school’s arch-rival?

WOW! I love love love Nikki’s writing. I fell for her words instantly with this book. The characters, Kayla and Jay are so darn sweet. Granted this wasn’t one of those mushy sweet stories. I loved it. The banter, the tension, and all the ups and downs kept me reeling!

Jay is a freakin swoonworthy alpha male. I mean….. who doesn’t love a tight end??? I sure do! I typically am picky about sports books, but Jay made me fall for this one immediately. Hes so funny. But when its time to be serious, this guy gets real…. and quick. Hes honest about the things he wants and what he will do to get them. Although at some points I wanted to be like really man?!??!!

Kayla is a sassy little thing. Shes hardcare about her school and rivalry. When she thinks she is just going to have a good time and flirt she doesn’t realize shes playing with the enemy. I loved this part the most. Because it was all fun and sassy and sweet. Then the drama hit and I was like OH CRAP!

This book kept me on my toes. Wondering if these two could beat the odds against them. Nikki did a fantastic job with this book and I cant wait for her next.
