The Edge of Heaven by Gia Riley ~ Release Blitz w/ Review

The Edge of Heaven, the second part in Gia Riley’s Taboo and Emotional Broken Wings Duet is Available NOW!!

When I said I would kill for her, I meant it. When I said I would die for her, I meant that, too.

But protection comes with a price and so does my life.

I can’t hold her.

I can’t speak to her.

I can’t even see her.

The most important piece of my life is gone.

I had everything.

I had Winnie.

And just like that, my unconditional love vanished.

Picking up the pieces is impossible.

There’s no easy way to fall out of love.

But that’s exactly what I have to do.

The Edge of Heaven is the emotional conclusion to Wrong Side of Heaven.

One jilted love story.

Four converging paths.

A brand new forever.

Winnie tries to figure out the best way to survive. Trey wants to protect her and take her someplace safe. He has a plan. Jasper just wants Winnie to figure out he’s what’s best for her. He can take care of her if she’ll let him. As these three lives intertwine, all three will strive to make the hard decisions that hopefully will get them out of the difficult situation they find themselves in.

“When his eyes shift to mine, I get lost. I want to tell him that he has nothing to worry about. I want to be the normal girl he wants me to be. I want to give him everything he needs, like he’s given me, but I can’t. All I know is that I’ll see him again soon. I have to. Because life without Jasper wouldn’t be as bearable. Just like never kissing Trey again would destroy me.”

Sweet Jesus. What a freaking, gut wrenching, soul crushing duet. I have never felt so many emotions while reading a story. I was screaming at Winnie. Screaming at pretty much everyone in this story when something happened that I didn’t think was fair or a smart move. I don’t know what I was expecting when I started this tragic duet but this definitely isn’t a romance. I could not put this story down even when it was difficult to read because I just had to know what was going to happen next. Winnie will take you on a rollercoaster and you never know where Jasper and Trey will fit in on those turns. Every single time you think she might be safe and the ride will smooth out…the bottom drops out from beneath you and a new twist has popped up. Even the ending left me wondering…thinking… This is a story that made a huge impression upon me.

If you are one of those people that love an emotional story that makes you fly through a range of moods, this is the perfect one for you. You won’t be left unaffected and the subject matter is dark and deep. Get ready to be touched to your core.

About Gia Riley

Author Gia Riley has been in love with writing romance since high school when she took her very first creative writing class. From the small but mighty state of Delaware, she’s a country girl at heart, traveling back to her roots in Pennsylvania as often as she can.

While New Adult and Contemporary romance have been her passion, she’s dabbled with more erotic plotlines lately, enjoying discovering the sexier side of love with each story she pens. After all, she’s a lover of all things romance – a firm believer that everyone deserves their happily ever after no matter what it takes to get there.

When she’s not writing, you can find her roaming the aisles of Kirkland’s, up to her elbows in Play-doh, or trying to hunt down spoilers for her favorite reality television show.
