This book was one of the funnier books I have read in a lonnnnng time. The characters had me hysterical from the first few pages!! The blurb does a great job of summing up this book. Sierra is hysterical and I loved everything about her. Under aged, she sneaks into a bar where she is madly in love with the owner/bartendar Maliki. After a very funny encounter, he tosses her out on her butt and tells her to not come back. Well, Sierra doesn’t have it in her to just give up so she goes back year after year. Each time is funnier then the last with all ending with her getting kicked out.
The chemistry between these two even though there is a pretty big age difference could be felt by the blind!!! Maliki is one of the hottest guys in town and an eternal bachelor. No one has been able to tame him.

When Sierra turns twenty-one, the story really begins. As they spend time together both are finding it hard to control their attraction to each other. Sierra knows Maliki will never settle down so even though she marries, she remains friends with Maliki. When the unexpected happens, will Maliki be the one that’s there for her in the end?

THIS is where things get going….well, I couldn’t stop reading and needed to know how these two “friends” move forward and then another plot twist. These two rank right up there with characters who you can feel the love they have for each other. You see their relationship progress – it’s not that crappy instalove. The sexy scenes are freaking scorching and Maliki really does turn into a dreamboat/picture-perfect man. I honestly didn’t want this book to end. I wanted to see where life took them. I’m hoping we get to see a glimpse of how things work out for them in additional books in this series. I highly recommend this book…it was well written, great storyline with a few twists thrown in, fantastic character and relationship development and the banter between these two was absolutely hysterical. Loved, loved, loved it!!
