This was a quick and cute read. Evie comes from a meager background and lands a great job as the assistant to Nate Sterling. Nate is a billionaire and the last single man in the Sterling family. Everyone wants a piece of him…including Evie. She continually fights her growing feelings for him and is super attracted to him. Naturally, Nate is just as attracted to Evie. On more then one occasion he tries to feel out her feelings towards him, but she is a tough nut to crack and Nate is ready to throw in the towel.

Until he literally begs her to go to an auction to raise money and he’s one of the prizes to be auctioned off. He not only begs her to go…he begs her to bid on him so none of the crazies from his past get a hold of him. She agrees and they are off to Vegas for their date! Lots happens in Vegas and as it turns out, they come back married with no memory of how or when or why it happened! Evidently not everything that happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. They plan to stay married for a few weeks then get divorced…or will they????

It was a cute storyline and it was fun to watch these two get their bearing as man and wife as well as boss and assistant. I liked this book my only complaint is that I wish I could have felt more chemistry and heat from these two. The story was rushed a bit and it could have been a little longer.
