I love stories about broken people and wow…just wow. This story sucked me in and pulled at my heartstrings. West was so intriguing…and hot and seductive and strong and an a-hole and confident…a loner who whispered you’ll forgive me even if I cut you open while grinning the entire time. I loved that he could see Grace’s beauty shining immediately. Grace was use to hiding her shine. She was so snarky and had a hidden inner strength that I really adored. Great chemistry and angst in this book. A few twists when the mysteries are revealed. Everything that draws me into a story. So clever and perfection for me as a reader.
