I love this small town series! Everly followed her friend Lucy to Calamity but hasn’t figured out what she wants to do with her life after singing. Hux is the reclusive, grumpy art gallery owner. What could possibly bring these two together? I loved the cranky but hot father and the sweet but broken bestie and their budding hookup relationship. These two had chemistry for days but Hux pushed Everly and me to the limit with his stubborn set ways. There was lot of push and pull and angsty misunderstandings while they fought for his daughter Savannah to be part of Hux’s life. Definitely sucked me into the series and I can’t wait for Kerrigan’s story next! I’m wishing I could move to Calamity too!
