This story revolves around Lucian and Rowan. Lucian is the owner of Purgatory, a sex club, and Rowan finds herself in major debt and has been down on her luck. She has a past that comes back to haunt her. Rowan makes a deal with Lucian to work at his club in return for paying off her debt. Only when Lucian sends her to “work” he realizes he is drawn to her and can’t let her go through with the work he set up for her. The man she is with is a cruel, sick, twisted, individual and once he rescues her, she will be indebted even more.

This was a steamy, hot romance with a slightly twisted Lucian and an innocent Rowan. It was a face paced story that kept me at the edge of my seat. I didn’t really like Lucian but he did redeem himself by the end of the book. I definitely look forward to reading more in this series.
