This is the second book in this series and you MUST read book one (Seductive Prey). The series is getting better but seems to take forever to get to where we are. There are a lot of unanswered questions. Jordan has been abducted and kept by the “Mafia” and Grant, her police officer boyfriend, is trying everything he can to locate her.

There are clues as to who has her and why but no real answers. I don’t know how much longer this can drag out. No sex has happened between Jordan’s abductor and her. Which makes me wonder… does he really think she is going to “submit” to him on her own?

I am enjoying the story. I just wish it didn’t drag on for so long. It is getting better. Slowly there are answers being revealed but the question is will they find her in time? Now we have to wait for the next book.
