This was definitely a solid read for me. I’ve read a lot of Sport Romances lately and this one held its own. Warner and Imogen have a rocky past and the past collides with the present. Warner broke Imogen’s heart when they were younger and she swore she would never have anything to do with him again. Warner used to be best friends with her brother and things did not end well. It’s a shock when Imogen is hired for his team to be the new hype girl. It’s her job to sell Warner and his image. Not a situation they thought they would ever be in. But Warner is determined to win her back and Imogen is not on board at first. She is determined to keep this professional, but he has other plans.

Sometimes feelings just don’t go away no matter how bad they were damaged in the past. That is the gist of this book. There were some hysterical scenes, witty banter and sexy times. It was fun to see these two find their way back as friends and maybe more?
