Gahhh! It takes A LOT for a book to make me cry. This one did. It wasn’t sad. It was just so full of laughs AND angst that it had me so torn. From the beginning I was hooked. As always with Jewel it’s an easy 5 star read. Does this woman every write a bad book? I’ve read them ALL and I don’t think so!

Shep and Sophie are comedic gold together! I laughed and giggled at their banter the entire book. Sophie is definitely a woman with the odds against her for love. Shep is jaded but knows when he’s got a good thing going on. Their story could be totally heartbreaking and parts of it literally broke me. Don’t skip out on this book, y’all! You’ll regret it if you do! Buckle up for some angst, laughter, and awww moments. Cause they’re soooo worth the ride!
