My heart literally dropped at the ending. This series is so intense and I find my emotions teetering back and forth on different characters. I am one hundred percent invested in Sawyer, Oliver and Cain. But I’m also feeling something for Enzo and Dante. It’s maddening! This dark, gritty romance is so gripping and the relationships so complex. It pulls me into the complicated bits with every reaction being dependent upon another reaction. Like an effed up game of chess. I’m caught off guard being three moves behind. I freaking love this twisted plot! When a story can sweep me off my feet and leave me breathless. I am dying to know what is going to happen next. Because some people need a whole lot of hurting going on.
