I wanted to like this book and did to a point. The main character literally had me on edge and I may have screamed at my kindle more than once. Morgan and Hayes are forced together after their parents marry each other but there is soooo much more to this than meets the eye. Hayes for some reason hates Morgan. Later you find out the reason which creeped me out. Morgan does nothing but chase this poor guy, nag and tries to insert herself into his life. She is an empathic character but it just got to be too much. She was always wanting to help him and be there for him. Girl, pump the brakes! At some point, I think she wears the poor guy down. They come together and I think Hayes truly does care about Morgan. The sexy scenes could have been a little steamier for my taste. Some of the scenes between these two get cringeworthy. Also, there were too many twists and turns that didn’t make sense to me. I was a bit disappointed with the way the story went but it will probably be amazing for some people.
