I have loved all the books in the Wright series. I knew Nora and Weston were due their turn and I was pumped to see it finally happen. Nora is getting back on her feet after having her heart crushed by the only boy she loves and also loses her best friend in the process. She goes in stays at Weston’s house while he is making music with her brother. Seems like the perfect plan to take these next few months for her to start over and have some peace and quiet. Things are going well until Weston comes back home. He asks her to stay and not worry about finding a place to stay.
That sounds great but she’s not sure if she can fight the attraction she has always had for him. Little does she know he feels the same way! What really shocks him is that she asks him to “teach her how to date”. It just seemed like a strange thing to ask at this point in her life. It would have been “cute” if she were younger and not had a long term relationship already. It made her look a little ditzy. Their chemistry seemed forced and rushed… not natural. I didn’t enjoy watching her flirt with other guys while he realizes he really likes her. I wanted more sparks and sexy, hotter scenes! I will definitely read future books of the Wright family but this one was just not for me. It may be the wright one for you!
