PHEW! In this second book, Santos and Madelena’s story started where the first book left off and it did not disappoint! While many of the twists and turns in the first book were explained, it was certainly a shock when you find out the actual truth. There was one really big twist I did not see coming, and I wasn’t sure if these two would make it. I have to say that this 2nd book was just as suspenseful as the first and such a page turner. And the sexy scenes were scorching! I definitely recommend this book and this series.
