What a hot little book this was! Phew! Noah owns Blake’s Security firm. Lucia is a fashion assistant and sister of Noah’s best friend who died six years ago. Noah took it upon himself to keep her and her grandmother safe. There is only one problem. Noah has always been attracted to Lucia and Lucia has always been in love with Noah. Lucia is still trying to investigate her brother’s murder and has opened up the proverbial “Pandora’s Box” putting her directly in the line of fire and her name on a hit list.

Now Noah and his team need to step things up and keep her safe. Not only are there secrets surrounding Lucia’s brothers murder…there are secrets about Noah’s team and somehow, they are connected. Noah and Lucia’s attraction and chemistry heats up to new levels now that they are spending so much time together. That makes for some super hot and steamy scenes. I have to be honest…I was not a fan of Lucia which made it hard for me to totally get into their relationship. Watching the secrets unfold one by one was fun to read, and I loved the supporting characters. This book definitely had it all – hot scenes, angst, intrigue, mystery and held my interest to the very end! I look forward to reading the next in the series.

June does dark just the way I like it!! Steamy, broody men, sassy heroine, and all the suspense! My first book for 2023 was definitely a 5 star hit.

Christine is a force to be reckoned with! She’s strong yet feminine and sweet. I love her! She’s been through some things that really molded her into the woman she is now. Fierce. Determined.

Augustus ladies and gentlemen…. I wanted to throat punch him at first. Now I can’t get enough. He’s a man who knows what his woman wants and needs. A lot selfish in the beginning but boy oh boy did he make up for that.

This book is awesome. I cannot wait for the next two books because that ending had me all shook up! Definitely a must read for 2023!

I knew it! I knew this book was going to wreck me. It did! But it was so worth it. That ending had me all messed up and ready to fight honestly.

Skyler is such a sweetheart. Been through so much and still keeps going and refuses to stop living. Love love love her! Memphis will always have my heart. That man loves deep and once he is in….. he’s in! I knew their connection was deep and honestly it was fun watching skyler chip away at Memphis tough act.

This is a phenomenal read! I need the next book asap! The angst and tension had me all in my feelings and even shed a couple tears. I loved it.

This was such a fun and sweet book to read! Bella, who has a hard time trusting anyone but is a fun loving and all around a great girl gets left a football team. Which she knows nothing about…by a father she also didn’t know anything about! Christian is the hot alpha quarterback who instantly is attracted to Bella. Their first meeting is pretty funny and had me laughing from the start. Naturally Bella wants everyone to take her seriously so she tries very hard to steer clear of the cocky quarterback but damn he is hard to ignore!

I had so much fun reading about these two and watching their friendship turn into something more. Bella has no defense big enough to stop Christian from infiltrating her life. He is so determined to make himself a permanent fixture and eventually wears her down. He became one of my top alphas to date! There is also a slight plot twist that I had a feeling from the beginning was going to happen. I am not sure if it was necessary as it didn’t amount to much. There are some pretty steamy, swoonworthy and humorous scenes. I think this was just a great book and highly recommend following these two on their journey!

Declan and Hannah…have mercy! These two have the steamiest scenes while also having one of the most volatile relationships I’ve ever read. Crazy hateful interactions where I’d probably have thrown staplers, paper weights…whatever I could get my hands on at Declan. The Dalton family was a joy to catch up with and I freaking love every single one of them. Hannah is one of the young cousins and it was fun to see her holding her own against her older male counterparts and their friend. Declan is a dirty talker that had me melting with every thought or deed. Whew! A fantastic, scorching hot read!
